Events United | Studio Lab in Derry, NH is looking for Summer Interns in 2026!

​

A Summer Intern (SI) is a non-supervisory position that reports to the Internship Coordinator, who will assign each SI to their focus area. This is a paid position at $15/hr. The SI will have a strong work ethic and be passionate about learning more about their focus area. While this position will be assigned to a specific department, it is a pivotal support role for all departments within the organization.

The SI will work for either Events United or Studio Lab. Events United is a full-service event production company that uses cutting-edge technology to help big and bold brands, creative professionals, and other change-makers define experiences that go far beyond the conventional. Specializing in event production, concerts, corporate conferences & meetings, theaters, houses of worship, and other special events, we make events look and sound fantastic. Studio Lab is a world-class production facility providing state-of-the-art studios for filmmakers, podcasters, musicians, and all creative professionals in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Age 16 or above by June 1, 2026

• Possess driver's license and able to travel to Derry, NH on a regular basis

• Able to travel around the country to event production sites as needed

• Able to lift 35 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time

COLLEGIATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (12 Weeks)

​

This is a 12-week, hands-on summer internship for current college students or recent graduates. Interns will work alongside our professional team gaining real-world experience beyond the classroom.

 

There are several focus areas available, each with a unique track:
 

• Live audio production

• Live video production

• Live lighting design and operation

• XR studio production

• Business / Administration

• Marketing / Creative

 

Event production interns will work alongside our experienced techs at our facility as well as in the field at live events. Business, Marketing, and Studio Interns will primarily work with our team at our facilities, but may travel to events occasionally.

 

The summer program culminates with an Intern Showcase featuring a production completely designed by interns.

HIGH SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (5 Weeks)

 

This is a 5-week, summer internship for current high school students or recent graduates. Interns will have the opportunity to grow their knowledge by learning and using professional-level gear at our facility, and see how it is implemented at live events.

 

There are a few focus areas available, all within event production:
 

• Live audio production

• Live video production

• Live lighting design and operation
